The attached agreement outline the terms of hiring an instrument from Flagstone State Community College. Please read them carefully and complete the relevant information. Once payment has been completed students are to collect a payment confirmation receipt from the Payment Window (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). The receipt and following paperwork needs to be submitted to Miss Parkin to receive their instrument.
