This Institutional and Business Subscription Agreement is made and entered into by and between World Book, Inc., with offices located at 233 North Michigan Avenue, 20th Floor, Chicago, Illinois 60601 U.S.A. ("World Book") and the entity identified in the Subscription Information Form attached hereto as Exhibit A ("you" "your" or "Subscriber").
