These commercial card terms (“Terms”), set forth the terms and conditions of your Innovator Card Agreement (“Agreement”) and account (“Account”) with First-Citizens Bank & Trust Company (“Bank”). These Terms may be supplemented by any separate agreement entered into between Company and Bank regarding the Account or Cards.
