As we roll out new features, we will update this End User License Agreement (“EULA”). This EULA describes your rights and obligations as a Sartorius customer company or entity that has purchased one or more license entitlements (“Licensee”) in an executed order form or similar sales document (“Order Form”) for rights to download, install, interact with, and otherwise use and exploit the functionality that Sartorius makes available in the Ingenix Suite and components that you purchase.
