THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of April, 2021, by and between INDIAN TRAIL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, an independent special district of the State of Florida, whose address is 13476 61st Street North, West Palm Beach, Florida 33412 (hereafter referred to as “DISTRICT”) and L. V. SUPERIOR LANDSCAPING, INC., whose address is 16059 Okeechobee Boulevard, Loxahatchee, Florida 33470 a Florida Corporation (hereafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR”).
