Welcome to Port Jefferson Village’s Beach Street Community Garden (the “Garden”). Port Jefferson Village (the “Village”) is the landowner and oversees the Port Jefferson Village Beach Street Community Garden. The “Garden Manager” of the Garden and administers the Garden Rules. The Garden Manager is an individual appointed by the Village to manage the Garden and administer the Garden Rules. This document is a legal contract between you and the Village.
