You are a party to an ICS Deposit Placement Agreement (“Agreement”) with your Relationship Institution (as defined in the Agreement). This Amendment to the Agreement, which also serves as notice of amendment to you from your Relationship Institution, prospectively amends the Agreement. As provided in the Agreement, the Amendment is effective fourteen (14) days after this notice is posted on the Depositor Control Panel.

This Addendum (this “Addendum”) supplements and amends the ICS Deposit Placement Agreement (“Agreement”) between you and [BANK NAME] (“we” or “us”). This Addendum shall be effective prospectively as of the earliest date as permissible pursuant to Section 8.4(d) of the Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Agreement, the Program Withdrawal limit will not be enforced.
