This IANA IPR License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of this 30th day of September, 2016, by and between the IETF Trust, a Virginia common law trust, (“Licensor”) and the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (“ICANN”), a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (“Licensee”). Licensor and Licensee may each be referred to herein as a “Party,” and collectively as the “Parties.”
