The Vessel Owner listed above (hereinafter “Owner”) and Cooper River Boatyard, LLC (hereinafter “Boatyard” or “CRBY”) agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. The CRBY “Terms of the Boat Handling & Storage Agreement”, the CRBY “Facility Operational Practice Guidelines” as well as the CRBY “Insurance Requirements for Commercial Tenants, Maritime Tenants and Contractors” form an integral part of this agreement.
