This Master Services Agreement between the Customer (as identified below) and HUGE (as identified below) is intended to facilitate the conclusion of individual contracts in the form of Customer Orders (as defined below) between HUGE and the Customer. Each Customer Order delivered and accepted in accordance with this Agreement forms an individual contract which incorporates the terms of this Master Services Agreement and establishes the terms and conditions under which HUGE shall provide the Services to the Customer.
