This First Amendment to Pre-Annexation and Development Agreement (the “First Amendment”) is entered into as of the day of , 2013 (“Effective Date”), by and between the TOWN OF TUSAYAN, an Arizona municipal corporation (the “Town”) and STILO DEVELOPMENT GROUP USA, L.P., an Arizona Limited Partnership (“Stilo”). For purposes of this First Amendment, Stilo and the Town are herein referred to collectively as the “Parties.”
