By submitting an agreement for housing, you are accepting the Terms and Conditions of Student Housing which requires that you live in University housing facilities during the academic year in which you apply for housing. If you are submitting an agreement beginning in the fall semester you may cancel your agreement through July 1 by informing the Housing Office that you do not intend to live in University facilities. If you are submitting an agreement beginning in the spring semester you may cancel your agreement through January 1 by informing the Housing Office that you do not intend to live in University facilities.

This On-Campus Housing and Meal Plan Agreement (this “Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement entered into between the individual signing this Agreement to reside in On-Campus Housing (hereinafter referred to as “Resident”), Owner (defined below) and Boise State University, on behalf of the office of Housing and Residence Life (hereinafter referred to as “University”) for the agreed-upon license term.
