This Housing and Homelessness Grant Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into between KITSAP COUNTY (“County”), a political subdivision of the State of Washington, in its capacity as the administrative agent for itself and the Cities of Bainbridge Island, Bremerton, Port Orchard and Poulsbo; and Gateway Fellowship of Poulsbo, a Washington non-profit corporation (the “Recipient”).
