This agreement is an open-ended arrangement that allows for labor flexibility and a dynamic Scope of Work. A customer often chooses to pay by the hour when a job is difficult to define, employees between 5 and 25 employees, or is burdened with completion deadlines that are within 30 days. An hourly contract can also be used as a tool of introduction to Carroll and Associates by not requiring any long-term contractual obligation.
