The Employer will provide the Union on a monthly basis a separate list of the names of employees newly hired, terminated or on a leave of absence for a period of four (4) weeks or longer (if feasible and provided that the report is available at no additional cost to the Employer), for the previous month. The Union commits to have in place reasonable administrative and physical safeguards to ensure the confidentiality and security of this information in accordance with F.I.P.P.A. 406 The Union shall notify the Employer in writing of any changes in the amount of dues or of any general assessment at least one month in advance of the end of the pay period in which the deductions are to be made. 407 In consideration of the foregoing clauses, the Union shall hold the Employer harmless with respect to all dues and general assessments so deducted and remitted and with respect to any liability which the Employer may incur as a result of such deductions. 408 The Employer shall include the amount
