This Hotel Lease / Purchase Agreement (this “Lease”) is dated 15 day of August, 2013 (“Effective Date”), by and between Rising Sun/Ohio County First, Inc., an Indiana non-profit corporation (hereinafter “Landlord” or “Owner”), and Gaming Entertainment (Indiana) LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (hereinafter “Tenant”).
