This Agreement to establish the Hitachi European Conference has been concluded between the management of Hitachi, Ltd. on behalf of its European group companies covered hereunder and employee representatives of the workforce covered hereunder, pursuant to Article 13 of the European Union Council Directive 94/45/EC of September 1994 ("the Directive").
