The Modjoul Health Platform Subscription Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Modjoul and the customer, identified in the order form that is purchasing a software subscription and is effective as of the date you download the Modjoul Software or sign the Order form, whichever comes first (the Effective Date”). Modjoul and Customer are collectively referred to as the “Parties”. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms and conditions.
