This WELL Health-Safety Rating Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by You (as defined below) and International WELL Building Institute pbc, and constitutes a binding agreement between You, on the one hand, and International WELL Building Institute pbc, on the other hand. As used herein, the terms “You”, “Your”, “Yourself” and “Owner” refer to the individual(s) or entity(ies) that is accepting this Agreement to pursue the WELL Health-Safety Rating and that holds all legal right to possess and control, in each case with respect to the real and personal property associated with Your Project (defined below). As used herein, the term “IWBI” refers to International WELL Building Institute PBC, a Delaware public benefit corporation, and its subsidiaries. You or IWBI may individually be referred to as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
