LEASE PURCHASE AGREEMENT, dated as of April [ ], 2017 (this “Lease”), is entered into by and between Zions Bank, a division of ZB, National Association, a national banking association duly organized and validly existing under the laws of the United States, acting solely in its capacity as trustee under the hereinafter defined Indenture (the “Trustee”), as lessor, and the State of Colorado, acting by and through the Colorado Department of Transportation (“CDOT”), as lessee, and amends and restates in its entirety the State of Colorado Colorado Department of Transportation Headquarters Facilities Lease Purchase Agreement dated as of December 29, 2016 between the Trustee, as lessor, and CDOT, as lessee (the “Original Lease”).
