This Lease and Use Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into this day of December, 2021, by and between the City of Rapid City, South Dakota (“City”) by and through the Rapid City Regional Airport Board (“Lessor”) and ("Lessee"). Lessor and Lessee may hereinafter be referred to as the “Parties.”
