This Cardholder Agreement and Disclosure Statement is the contract that governs the use of a Hancock Preferred Visa® Platinum Card Account. This Cardholder Agreement and Disclosure Statement contains (1) the terms and conditions that bind the user of any Hancock Preferred Visa Platinum Card Account or any Hancock Preferred Visa Platinum Card issued in connection with the Account and (2) the disclosures required by the Federal Truth in Lending Act. Use of the Hancock Preferred Visa Platinum Card by the Cardholder or any Authorized User shall indicate that the Cardholder has agreed to pay all amounts due in accordance with the terms of this Cardholder Agreement and Disclosure Statement.
