This residential Services Agreement (herein after referred to as “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Grayson County, Texas acting through the Grayson County Juvenile Board, by its duly authorized Chairman or its representative, (hereinafter referred to as “Grayson County”) and Madison County in Texas, acting through its Juvenile Board’s duly authorized Chairman or its representative (hereinafter referred to as “County”). This Agreement replaces any previous agreement entered into by the parties for these same services.
