This First Amendment and Modification of Town of Putnam Gravel Sale Contract dated this day of June 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Strategic Commercial Realty, Inc., d/b/a Rawson Materials (“Rawson”), with a principal place of business located at 6 Kennedy Drive, Putnam, CT 06260 and the Town of Putnam, a Connecticut municipal corporation with its principal office at 126 Church Street, Putnam, Connecticut 06260, acting herein by Norman B. Seney, its Mayor (hereinafter known as "Putnam").
