This Interagency Cooperative Agreement is made and entered effective the 1st day of September, 2011, by and between the Rio Grande Council of Governments, hereinafter referred to as RGCOG, having its principal place of business at 1100 North Stanton, Ste. 610 El Paso, Texas 79902 and El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, having its principal place of business at 3850 Justice, El Paso, Texas 79938. The purpose of this Interagency Cooperative Agreement is to coordinate and provide law enforcement certification, law enforcement in-service training, and county correction officer training in the six-county area of the Rio Grande Council of Governments.
