This eCourt Reporters Attorney/Law Firm/Government Entity Agreement (this “Agreement”) is by and between eCourt Reporters, Inc. (“eCourt Reporters”) and You. This Agreement includes and incorporates the terms set forth herein, and any and all attachments and exhibits hereto as well as any and all additional terms and conditions agreed to by You referencing this Agreement. This Agreement governs Your access to and use of eCourt Reporters’ proprietary Site.
