This Agreement is entered into on this 1st day of July 2009, between the Board of Education of Goodrich Area Schools, Goodrich Michigan hereinafter referred to as the “Board” or “Employer” and the Goodrich Custodial/Maintenance/Paraprofessional/Transportation Association (CMPT), MEA/NEA hereinafter referred to as the “Union”.
