A $1,000 tournament deposit is required within 30 days of booking the event. Such deposit will be applied to the final bill and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Tournaments will be confirmed only upon receipt of deposit.

The following is an agreement between Meadow Lakes Golf Club and for a golf outing. The Rules for Golf Outings are incorporated herein by reference. Sponsor acknowledges receipt, understanding, and acceptance of the rules. The following special provisions will apply:
