This Agreement is entered into this 11th day of July, 2016 by and between the Board of Education of the Gladwin Community Schools, Gladwin, Michigan, hereinafter called the Gladwin Education Association, a voluntary, unincorporated association or a Michigan Corporation, hereinafter called the “Association”, affiliated with the Michigan Education Association, hereinafter called the “MEA” and the National Education Association, hereinafter called the “NEA”. The signatories shall be the sole parties to this agreement.
