THIS CERTIFICATION AGREEMENT (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into between Georgia Access, a state-affiliated entity established within the State of Georgia pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 33-1-23, and the “Exchange Producer” (as defined in Article 1) accessing the Exchange Platform and whose name appears in Georgia Access’s registration system.
