GENERATION RESOURCE SPLITTING AGREEMENTGeneration Resource Splitting Agreement • May 11th, 2021
This agreement specifies how the control of a Generation Resource that is divided into two or more Split Generation Resources is to be allocated among each of the affected Resource Entities (REs). This agreement does not fulfill or otherwise affect each RE’s obligation to update the Resource registration form with accurate information as necessary, and ERCOT will not modify any Resource registration form on account of the changes indicated in this agreement. However, in the event of any dispute arising out of any conflict between this agreement and the Resource registration form for the combined Generation Resource designated below, this agreement will control. This agreement must be signed by the Authorized Representative (AR), Backup AR or Officer of each associated registered RE and the Master Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) listed herein, as appropriate.
