These General terms and conditions (“Terms”), together with the Vendor Registration Form to which these Terms are attached ("Vendor Registration Form”) are the agreement ("Agreement") between Delivery Hero (Cyprus) Ltd , with Registration No. HE369772 , with an address at Esperidwn 5, Strovolos at (“ Foody”) and the vendor ("Vendor” and together with Foody, the “Parties” and each individually, “Party”).
