This warranty is provided by a company under the business name of “Riello Palniki” spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with registered seat in Warsaw, address: ul. Skorupki 5, 00- 546 Warsaw, entered in the register of businesses of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS no. 230107, NIP no. 5252325885 and REGON no. 140065399 (“Riello”) to a business or another entity purchasing goods from the Buyer defined in the General Sales Conditions (“End Buyer”) or directly from Riello. “Burners” or “Devices” shall mean RIELLO oil, gas and dual fuel burners, combustion and controls accessories, spares, and other equipment or devices supplied by Riello Palniki more fully detailed in the Riello sales and technical documentation.

This limited warranty is provided by Riello Canada Inc. (“Riello”) and covers Riello Array Series Boilers (the “Boilers”) sold and installed in the United States. This warranty is provided to the original purchaser as long as the Boiler remains installed at its original place of installation. This warranty is provided in respect of the Boiler heat exchanger and its insulation and casing, and approved accessories designated by Riello.
