THIS GBTA AFFILIATION AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is dated as of , 201_ (“Execution Date”) by and between Global Business Travel Association (GBTA), Inc., a New York not for profit corporation (“GBTA”) and , Inc., a non-profit corporation (“Affiliate”). GBTA and Affiliate are each referred to herein as a “party” and together the “parties.”
