This MASTER NATURAL GAS PURCHASE/SALE AGREEMENT (hereinafter “Agreement”) by and between the Sacramento Municipal Utility District (hereinafter "Buyer"), a municipal utility formed under the California Municipal Utility District Act and Enron North America Corp (hereinafter "Seller"), having its office at the above address, sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to future Natural Gas Sale and Purchase Transactions pursuant to which Natural Gas is delivered and received at one or more mutually agreeable Delivery Points as hereinafter defined.
