(Company No. 1369122-U), a company incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 2016 and having its business address at C-4, Taman Tunku, Bukit Tunku, 50480 Kuala Lumpur (“Lender”), and the borrower whose particulars are as set out in Section 2 of the First Schedule (“Borrower”).
