This Confidential Negotiated Settlement and Release of All Claims ("Agreement") is entered into between Gables Residential Services, Inc., ("Employer") and Catherine K. Cabell ("Individual"), to set forth the terms for separation of their employment relationship and final resolution of all issues between them and payment of termination severance benefits.
