THIS amended and restated investment advisory and service AGREEMENT, dated and effective as of the 1st day of February, 2016, is made and entered into by and between AMERICAN FUNDS PORTFOLIO SERIES (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust, and CAPITAL RESEARCH AND MANAGEMENT COMPANY, a Delaware corporation (the “Investment Adviser”).
