THIS BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION AGREEMENT is made as of the 9th of December, 2022, by and between the Weitz Funds, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of each of its separate investment series set forth on Schedule A attached hereto (the “Funds”), and Weitz Investment Management, Inc., a Nebraska corporation (the “Administrator”).
