This Fulfillment Schedule (this "Schedule") to the Master Services Agreement dated September 19, 2017 (the "Agreement") is entered into as of September 19, 2017 (the "Effective Date"), by and between QuickBox, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company with a principal address of 11551 E 45th Ave., Unit C, Denver, CO 80239 ("Company"), and DurhamBull, LLC, with a principal address of 1718 E Speedway Blvd., Tucson, AZ 85719 ("Client"), each being referred to individually hereinafter as, a "Party," and collectively as, the "Parties." Each of Company and Client is a "Party" to this Schedule and together (along with any permitted successor or assign) are the "Parties" hereto. This Schedule is an addendum to the Agreement and incorporates by this reference the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
