THIS AGREEMENT is entered into pursuant to the provisions of Title 1, Division 7, Chapter 5, Article 1 (Sections 6500, et seq.) of the California Government Code, relating to the joint exercise of powers between the public educational agencies signatory hereto, and also those which may hereafter become signatory hereto, for the purposes of operating an agency to be known and designated as "SAN DIEGO COUNTY SCHOOLS FRINGE BENEFITS CONSORTIUM"
