THIS FOURTH DEED OF TRUST NOTE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made this 1st day of October, 2001, by and among BIORELIANCE CORPORATION, a corporation organized and in good standing under the laws of the State of Delaware, successor in interest to Microbiological Associates, Inc.
