This WARRANT HOLDER SUPPORT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of March 9, 2020, is made and entered into by and between [●], a [●] (together with its successors, the “Holder”), and Legacy Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation (“Legacy”). Holder and Legacy shall be referred to herein from time to time collectively as the “Parties”.
