THIS TECHNOLOGY ASSIGNMENT, JOINT OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE AGREEMENT (the “Technology Agreement”) is effective as of (the “Effective Date”) by and between NCR Corporation, a Maryland corporation, having a principal place of business at 1700 S.
