THIS GENERAL AGENCY AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between TOUCHSTONE SECURITIES, INC., a Nebraska corporation, and its undersigned affiliated insurance agency (herein jointly and severally referred to as "Touchstone"); the undersigned Broker-Dealer (herein separately referred to as "Broker-Dealer"); and the undersigned Life Agency (herein separately referred to as "Life Agency"). Broker-Dealer and Life Agency are herein jointly and severally referred to as "General Agent."
