This Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of [•], 2014 by and between AccuShares Commodities Trust I (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust on behalf of each of its separate fund series listed on Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof (each a “Fund” and collectively the “Funds”) and State Street Bank and Trust Company, a Massachusetts trust company (the “Custodian”).
