This COOPERATIVE LAWENFORCEMENT AGREEMENT ('Agreement') isentered intoby and between the County of Orange actingthrough its Sheriff-Coroner, hereinafter referred to as "the Cooperator," and the USDA, Forest Service, Cleveland National Forest, hereinafter referred to as the “U.S. Forest Service,” under the provisions of the Cooperative Law Enforcement Act of August 10, 1971, Pub. L. 92-82, 16 U.S.C. 551a.
