This Forest Lawn Stormwater Park Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on the date set forth below by and between The Board of Education of the Boardman Local Schools (hereafter referred to as “School”), and the Board of Trustees of the ABC Water and Stormwater District, a regional water and stormwater district established under Chapter 6119 of the Ohio Revised Code (hereafter the “District”), collectively, the “Parties”.
