This agreement is made between Food Safety Systems (“FSS”) and Azusa Unified School District (“School District”), effective as of July 1, 2021. Under this agreement, FSS will provide School District with a complete and sustainable food safety and sanitation system, inclusive of oversight, safety and sanitation training, education, and inventory control of kitchen cleaning chemicals, as detailed in Schedule A.
