This Supply Agreement (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 17th day of March, 2014 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Fluidigm Corporation, a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 7000 Shoreline Court, Suite 100, South San Francisco, California 94080 (“Fluidigm”) and OpGen, Inc., a Maryland corporation with its principal place of business at 708 Quince Orchard Rd, Gaithersburg, MD (“Buyer”).
